Encontre como arreglar este error:

“SecuLauncher: Failed to start application 2000″
este error lo tenia yo, lo pude resolver copiando el crack razor y tambien dandole al archivo gtaIV.exe todos los permisos y ejecutando en modo xp servi pack 3 espero ayudar
